We've come up with a data collector: People tell us their passions, what projects they're looking to do, upload past work samples, we match them to your projects. We'll provide not just their contact information, but with the help of a facebook app, also which of your friends- and their friends, know this person. This way you can meet them through friends, and never worry about making contact with a stranger.
